8bitfuture: Japanese “Butt-Recognition” system unveiled. Japan’s Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology has developed a prototype system able to recognize individuals by the way they sit in a seat.  The system performs a precise measurement of the person’s posterior, its contours and the way the person applies pressure on the seat. The developers say that in lab tests, the system was able to recognize people with 98 percent accuracy. The researchers want to commercialize the system within three years as an anti-theft system for cars. THIS IS SOOO INSANE!!!!
